By registering for an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

AfterTaken is an AI-powered product photography platform that provides visual and text generation tools for e-commerce, including but not limited to:

• Product Setup / Scene Generator
• Ghost Mannequin / Invisible Mannequin effect
• AI Virtual Try-On
• Product Color Changer
• AI Clothes Wrinkle Remover
• AI Pattern Extractor
• Batch Image Processing
• E-commerce Listing Text Generator

The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go credit basis or through free promotional credits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

• To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your email address.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at contact@aftertaken.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Credit Purchases: Access to premium AI tools requires the consumption of credits. Credits can be purchased in packages.
• Pricing Currency: Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian users via Razorpay, and in United States Dollars (USD) for international users via PayPal.
• No Refunds: All credit purchases on AfterTaken are final and non-refundable. Since credits are consumed immediately to run GPU-intensive AI models, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is successfully processed.
• Payment Security: We do not store your credit card or billing details. All transactions are securely encrypted and processed by third-party payment gateways (Razorpay and PayPal).

• User Uploads: You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in all images, photos, and texts that you upload to the Service ("User Content").
• Generated Outputs: AfterTaken grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit the images and texts generated for you by the Service ("Generated Outputs"). You own the results for commercial listings, ads, and store use.
• Our Intellectual Property: AfterTaken retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the website design, code, logos, branding, and proprietary AI workflows.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, generate, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or racially/ethnically offensive.
• Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Upload photos of individuals without their explicit consent (specifically relevant to the Virtual Try-On tool).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use any automated bot, scraper, or script to abuse the credit system or bypass rate limits.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and forfeit any unused credits if you violate these usage rules.

• "As-Is" Service: The Service and Generated Outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AfterTaken makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, realism, or merchantability of the AI-generated results.
• AI Limitations: AI models may occasionally produce visual anomalies, errors, or inaccurate details. It is your responsibility to review all generated images before using them on commercial storefronts.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfterTaken shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
• API Dependencies: Our Service relies on third-party GPU and AI API providers. We are not responsible for any service delays, timeouts, or downtime caused by these external providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
